Candidate should be well versed with conceptualization, designing, P&ID and process flow diagram of unit operations of vaccine manufacturing, national regulatory requirement for cGMP and decontamination procedures, Experience in scale-up of upstream and downstream operation up to 1000L of scale, Must have hands on experience with fermenters, TFF and sterile operations, knowledge on process sequences such as CIP, SIP, PHT, Media hold, APS, aseptic intermediate transfer, buffer supply strategy and decontamination procedure, and knowledge on QMS system
