Psychological Counsellor (On Contract) – 01 post (For BBAU, Lucknow)

Qualification & Experience

• Essential: Master’s degree in Psychology/ Clinical Psychology/ Behavioral Psychology/ Mental Health Psychology or similar discipline.
• PG Diploma in counseling or similar subject.
• Desirable: At least two years experience of work in government & private educational institutions, public/ private organizations, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), not-for-profit organizations, and so on.

Honorarium/ Salary

As per UGC notification regarding rates of honorarium of guest faculty, the salary shall be 1500/-per session (i.e. 90 minutes) subject to twice a Week

Working Hours

03 hours a day (06 Hours in a week)

Purely on contract basis.

Terms and Condition for engagement of Psychological Counsellor on contract basis

• The engagement is purely on contract basis.
• The tenure is initially for one year from the date of issue of engagement letter which will be extended from time to time on the basis of performance.
• Engagement will stand automatic terminated on expiry of engagement period.
• No other allowance, etc. shall be payable.
• This engagement does not entail on any way, whatsoever for appointment in the University and therefore, no claim in this regard be entertained (an undertaking of this effect is to be furnished while joining the University).
• BBAU reserves the right to fill or not to fill the advertised position, reject/ cancel any position without any prior notice.
• If any information furnished by the candidate is found to be false at any time, the engagement will be terminated and the University may take legal action appropriately.
• He/ She should maintain record of students visiting him/ her and put it before the authorities as and when asked.

No. of position: 01 Junior Research Fellow (CLOSED)

Essential Qualification: M.Pharm in Pharmacology/Pharmaceutics with 60% marks (preference will be given to GPAT/GATE qualified candidate).

Desirable work experience: Experience in in-vitro and in-rivo studies. Preference shall be given to the candidate who is well-versed in cell culture, molecular techniques, and laboratory animal handling.

Emoluments: For JRF: Rs. 310001- p.m. for the initial 2 years and Rs. 35000/- from the third year (as per SERB norms).

Age limits: As per SERB norms.
